We are looking for an experienced CRM / Back Office / Customer Support professional from the jewellery industry to manage end-to-end customer coordination and internal operations. The role requires strong communication skills, order tracking expertise, and hands-on experience with logistics and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer support and relationship management on a daily basis.
- Manage day-to-day email correspondence with customers and internal teams.
- Follow up with PD team and customer orders to ensure timely execution.
- Preparation and sending of quotations to customers.
- Coordination of customer orders, dispatches, and delivery schedules.
- Preparation and handling of export documentation, packing lists, and related paperwork.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to orders and customers.
- Operate and manage logistics through Gati software.
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales, production, and logistics teams.
- Complete ownership of back-office operations related to customer orders.
