Job Description

We are looking for an experienced CRM / Back Office / Customer Support professional from the jewellery industry to manage end-to-end customer coordination and internal operations. The role requires strong communication skills, order tracking expertise, and hands-on experience with logistics and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer support and relationship management on a daily basis.
  • Manage day-to-day email correspondence with customers and internal teams.
  • Follow up with PD team and customer orders to ensure timely execution.
  • Preparation and sending of quotations to customers.
  • Coordination of customer orders, dispatches, and delivery schedules.
  • Preparation and handling of export documentation, packing lists, and related paperwork.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to orders and customers.
  • Operate and manage logistics through Gati software.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between sales, production, and logistics teams.
  • Complete ownership of back-office operations related to customer orders.
