As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and issues. You will play a vital role in shaping customer satisfaction and loyalty.

What You'll Do:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via [mention channels, e.g., phone, email, chat] in a professional and empathetic manner.

What We're Looking For:

  • 0-1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (internships or volunteer work in customer service are also welcome).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [mention primary language, e.g., Bengali and English].
  • Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help customers.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
