Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support & Office Documentation Intern

Location: Work From Home (Remote)
Type: Full-Time Internship
Stipend: Unpaid (Performance-based future opportunity)

We are an early-stage startup recognized by Kerala Startup Mission, building an innovative platform in the food-tech space. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the startup ecosystem and the opportunity to work closely with founders.

Role Overview

You will act as the communication channel between customers and vendor restaurants while also supporting internal office documentation and operational tasks.

This role is ideal for individuals who have the courage, commitment, and willingness to grow with an early-stage startup.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Customer & Vendor Coordination
* Communicate with customers and restaurant partners
* Handle queries, follow-ups, and issue resolution
* Maintain proper communication records
* Act as the bridge between internal team and external stakeholder
* Office Documentation Support
* Assist in preparing agreements, reports, and operational documents
* Maintain organized digital records
* Support internal documentation processes
* Assist in basic presentations and marketing materials

*Requirements:*

* Personal laptop (mandatory)
* Strong communication skills
* Proficient in English (spoken and written)
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Basic knowledge of Canva or similar tools
* Ability to work independently in a remote setup
* Willingness to take responsibility in a startup environment
