Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns effectively.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

- Qualification: Graduation is mandatory.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Compensation
- Freshers: ₹2.3 LPA CTC
- Experienced Candidates: ₹2.5 LPA CTC
Shift Details
- 24/7 Rotational Shift
- 6 Days Working with 1 Weekly Off
- For female employees: Shift window from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM
