Job Title: Customer Support Executive (International Voice Process)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 CTC + Possible Incentives + Travel allowance OR Cabs

Shift: Rotational / Night Shift

Working Days: 5.5 Days

Job Overview

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Voice Process (US-based clients ). The role involves handling customer queries over calls and delivering a high-quality customer experience while meeting performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls for international clients
• Resolve queries related to orders, payments, returns, and services
• Provide accurate information and quick resolutions
• Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
• Meet quality, compliance, and productivity KPIs
• Ensure high customer satisfaction at every interaction

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate (any stream)
• Experience: Minimum 6 months in International BPO (Voice) OR Extremely good fresher
• Communication: Excellent English (mandatory)
• Comfortable with night shifts & rotational offs
• Immediate joiners preferred
