We are hiring Customer Support Executives Voice Process. The role involves handling customer queries from clients and providing prompt and effective solutions while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers.
• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain professionalism and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Accurately record customer interactions in the system.
• Follow company processes and quality standards.

• Graduate / HSC candidates can apply.
• English communication skills required.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
