Customer Support Executive

Responsibilities

- Attend to all enquiries on call/ walk-ins politely & effectively

-Calling prospective clients for admissions to Music Courses

- Should be able to work under pressure

- Maintain student records diligently

- Ability to convince existing students/parents to renew their terms

- Finding out ways to increase admissions

- Identifying sources of student data

- Delivering work on time & with quality

- Ensuring adherence to identified policies & procedures

- Evaluating& improving upon existing procedures & processes

- Respond to all enquiries properly with timeliness & accuracy

- Ability to connect with children & parents

- Ability to handle difficult/upset students/parents

- Generate reports as & when required

Qualifications

• Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university
• Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
