Through The Dressing Room, our online store on the CricHeroes app, we bring the same passion to cricket-inspired merchandise offering fans and players high-quality apparel and accessories that resonate with their love for the game.
We are looking for a Support All-Rounder who will manage customer requests for The Dressing Room and ensure seamless support across all touchpoints. If you are a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer satisfaction, we want you on our team.

Deliver seamless, efficient, and memorable support experiences while managing customer interactions across multiple channels.
You will act as the voice of the Store ensuring every customer interaction builds trust, loyalty, and satisfaction. From handling order queries to resolving returns and exchanges, your role is critical in shaping the customer journey.
