Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Location: Ludhiana, Punjab
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Customer Support Executive to join our team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in e-commerce customer service, excellent communication skills, and experience in building and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and oversee daily customer support operations.
· Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations effectively.
· Develop, implement, and ensure adherence to customer service SOPs.
· Monitor team performance and maintain high service standards.
· Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
· Analyze customer feedback and recommend process improvements.
Requirements:
· Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Support or Customer Service.
· Prior experience in the e-commerce industry is mandatory.
· Experience in the clothing/fashion e-commerce sector will be an added advantage.
· Strong understanding of customer service processes and SOP implementation.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
· Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
