Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Relationship Development:

  • Identify and cultivate strategic relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Engage with C-suite executives and key decision-makers to explore business opportunities.

Sales & Business Development:

  • Achieve monthly or quarterly appointment and lead generation targets.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Prepare strategically for client calls and meetings; provide detailed feedback on outcomes.

Client Engagement & Support:

  • Attend marketing and sales events to increase client engagement and attendance.
  • Ensure high-quality customer interactions to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Assist PR, marketing, and sales teams to enhance brand awareness and support campaigns.

CRM & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date data in the CRM system.
  • Consistently utilize CRM activities to track communications and progress.
  • Report on KPIs and provide insights for process improvements.

Independent Organization & Task Management:

  • Prioritize and manage tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrate tech-savviness with databases, Microsoft Office, and contact management tools.

Core Competencies / Requirements:

  • 01 year of experience in sales, business development, or related roles.
  • Fluent in Spanish, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver persuasive presentations to small and large groups.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with internal and external partners.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and databases.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
