Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Relationship Development:
- Identify and cultivate strategic relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Engage with C-suite executives and key decision-makers to explore business opportunities.
Sales & Business Development:
- Achieve monthly or quarterly appointment and lead generation targets.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
- Prepare strategically for client calls and meetings; provide detailed feedback on outcomes.
Client Engagement & Support:
- Attend marketing and sales events to increase client engagement and attendance.
- Ensure high-quality customer interactions to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Assist PR, marketing, and sales teams to enhance brand awareness and support campaigns.
CRM & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date data in the CRM system.
- Consistently utilize CRM activities to track communications and progress.
- Report on KPIs and provide insights for process improvements.
Independent Organization & Task Management:
- Prioritize and manage tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrate tech-savviness with databases, Microsoft Office, and contact management tools.
Core Competencies / Requirements:
- 01 year of experience in sales, business development, or related roles.
- Fluent in Spanish, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to deliver persuasive presentations to small and large groups.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with internal and external partners.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and databases.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
