across various industries. We are seeking an experienced and fluent English-speaking
Tele caller to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote fire safety products.
Handle inbound customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
Provide accurate information about product features, pricing, and promotions.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the Excel/Software/CRM
system.
Achieve assigned targets through effective communication and follow-ups.
Adhere to company scripts, guidelines, and compliance standards.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in a BPO/tele calling role, preferably in sales or customer
service.
Fluency in English (mandatory); ability to handle clients is a plus.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer proficiency for data entry and CRM management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
