Job Responsibilities

  • Handle Inbound / Outbound calls, chats, and emails professionally
  • Resolve customer queries effectively and within defined TAT
  • Maintain accurate call and case documentation
  • Provide quality customer service as per process guidelines
  • Meet individual and team performance targets

Additional Criteria

  • Candidates residing in Indore or willing to relocate preferred
  • Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
  • Comfortable working in shifts
