ROLE OVERVIEW:

Black Trader is looking for customer-centric Support Executives to deliver exceptional technical and operational assistance to our institutional and retail trading clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for resolving platform inquiries, trade execution questions, and account-related requests in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide timely, professional support to clients via phone, email, live chat, or internal ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot trading platform queries, account access issues, feed connectivity, and order execution questions.
• Escalate complex technical bugs or infrastructure incidents to internal engineering teams and track them to resolution.
• Maintain clear, detailed documentation of client inquiries and resolutions in the CRM platform.
• Educate clients on platform features, tools, order types, and software updates.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Finance, Commerce, IT, or Business preferred).
• Prior experience in Customer Support, Help Desk, or Technical Support (preferably within fintech, banking, or brokerage services).
• Basic understanding of financial markets, stock trading terms (orders, margins, leverage), and software navigation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving ability, patience, and composure under time-sensitive trading conditions.
