Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executive (Telecaller) with excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with queries, provide product information, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
• Provide detailed and accurate information regarding company products and services.
• Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints efficiently.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
• Follow up with potential leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Meet daily/weekly call targets and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 2 -4 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or a similar role.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Good telephone etiquette and active listening skills.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and remain calm under pressure.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
