Position: Customer Support Executive
Experience: 1.5 – 2 Years
Location: Connaught Place, New Delhi
Job Type: Full-Time

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to manage customer interactions, order processing, and support operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and experience in handling customer queries, order coordination, and database management.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Manage and process customer orders efficiently

  • Handle website order management and order tracking

  • Maintain and update customer/order database records

  • Resolve customer queries and provide timely support

  • Coordinate with Amazon Fulfillment for order dispatch and delivery-related issues

  • Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams

  • Monitor order status and ensure timely resolution of concerns
