Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Executive based in Mumbai. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for providing high-quality, empathetic support to customers, resolving queries in a timely manner, handling client communications across various channels, and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and delivering effective solutions. Other responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and contributing to process improvements for enhanced service quality.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and address inquiries
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution while maintaining a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and proficiency in using relevant digital tools
  • Analytical skills to assess customer needs and identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments and maintain professionalism under pressure
  • Previous experience in customer support or client-facing roles is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is beneficial
