Handle customer queries via chat, calls, and email.
Provide accurate and timely resolutions with a polite and positive tone.
Build trust with customers through empathetic and effective communication.
Understand products and services to deliver efficient troubleshooting.
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to appropriate internal teams.
Maintain accurate documentation and customer interaction records.

Customer Support (Voice/Chat/Email)
Problem Solving & Active Listening
Typing Skills: Minimum 30 WPM with 95% accuracy
Excellent English & Hindi communication
