Hiring – Customer Support Executive (International Process) Male only

Process: Voice Process

Location: Smartworks, Bangalore

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)

Job Role

- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, or chat in a professional manner.

- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently.

- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining quality standards.

- Understand customer requirements and ensure timely issue resolution.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Customer Service Process is mandatory.

- Freshers are not eligible.

- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle international customer interactions professionally.

- Male candidates only.

Shift Timings

India Shift Only

- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST

Salary

- CTC: 37,000 per month

- In-Hand: 32,000 per month
