Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Executive located in Boisar Mumbai. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing online and technical support. The role involves resolving issues promptly, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, and collaborating with other teams to deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Experience in providing Online Support and Technical Support of Biochemistry reagents and instrument.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team and independently
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • 4-5 years Experience in the Pathology Lab or diagnostic application field
