Role Description:
- Proper urgency, dedication, and attention to quality when addressing customer requirements.
- Resolving customer complaints & queries brought to your attention under a specific timeline through mails.
- Maintaining a fast response time and great quality overall modes of customer communication.
- Identifying opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.
- Working cross-functionally to ensure customer issues are being flagged and adequately addressed.
- Coming up with ideas and strategies to increase customer activation, retention, shopping & improving customer experience.
- Manage relationships with existing affiliates, ensuring they are motivated and incentivized.
Knowledge and skills (general and technical):
Excellent English communication skills both verbal & written
Marketing skills navigating social media channels including affiliate marketing, collaborations etc.
Computer literate proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel.
Multi-tasking & Problem Solving/Analytical Ability.
