Job Description

  • Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Konica Minolta production printers.
  • Installation of new machines and providing demos to customers.
  • Maintaining required site kits to decrease machine downtime.
  • Providing Key Operator Training to users.
  • Managing service deliverables to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Ensuring maximum output in the most economical way and completing installations within the committed time frame.
  • Driving service revenue growth through volume growth initiatives and inventory management.
  • Preferably from a Production Printer background or related industry.
