We are seeking a Customer Support Engineer to join our PPDC team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our products.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to product functionality and performance.
  • Document and track customer interactions and technical issues in the support ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Conduct training sessions for customers to enhance product usage and satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and support documentation.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in a customer support or technical support role.
  • Strong understanding of software applications and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Linux/Unix operating systems and command line tools.
  • Experience with networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Zendesk, JIRA, or similar tools.
