Description
We are seeking a Customer Support Engineer to join our PPDC team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our products.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to product functionality and performance.
- Document and track customer interactions and technical issues in the support ticketing system.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Conduct training sessions for customers to enhance product usage and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and support documentation.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in a customer support or technical support role.
- Strong understanding of software applications and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix operating systems and command line tools.
- Experience with networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Zendesk, JIRA, or similar tools.
