Qualification & Experience
Graduate in Science / Computer Applications
Minimum 1+ year experience in customer support (preferably BFSI)
Key Responsibilities
Provide support to banks via calls and emails (eKuber 2.0)
Log and track tickets in SMAX tool
Ensure timely follow-up and closure of issues
Coordinate with:
Application Support Team
Infrastructure Team
Monitor open tickets and escalations
Prepare configuration documentation for new services
Handle daily communication with banks via email
Assist Regional Offices (ROs) in access/configuration issues
Prepare:
Daily / Weekly / Monthly reports
Provide year-end support to banks and RO
