We are looking for a Customer Support Engineer to provide technical support and field service for semiconductor and SMT manufacturing equipment. The role involves machine installation, troubleshooting, maintenance activities, and customer support at client locations. Candidates should have hands-on experience with SMT production equipment and strong technical problem-solving skills. 3. Required Qualifications 4. Key Responsibilities

Provide customer and technical support for semiconductor and SMT equipment
Perform installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance activities
Troubleshoot machine issues and ensure timely resolution
Support machine calibration and performance optimization
Conduct machine inspections and diagnose operational issues
Handle breakdown maintenance and corrective actions
Coordinate with internal engineering teams for issue resolution
Maintain service reports and technical documentation
Support customers during machine setup and production activities
Provide on-site field service support at customer locations
Ensure machine performance meets operational requirements
Maintain effective communication with customers and stakeholders
Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Electronics, or related Engineering disciplines
2- 4 years of relevant experience in semiconductor or SMT equipment support
