1 Hardware Desktop, Laptop Part Replacement & troubleshooting.
2 Experience with Windows Installation & troubleshooting.
3 knowledge of office peripherals, like printers, and scanners.
4 Identification of problems and providing technical solutions.
5 Should be up to date with the upgrades and maintain the systems updated.
6 Crimping, Punching & LAN Testing
7 Anti-Virus, setting-up Meeting Application & Ticketing Tool.
8 Basic Knowledge in networking, ADSL routing, and switching.
9 Troubleshoot network and wireless connectivity of end users.
10 Monitoring of CCTV IP Camera and ISP Links.
Qualification & Experience
Diploma Electronics/ Computer Engineering CCNA Certified Course
