Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with the Customer IT department on the deployment and
- maintenance of Data network technologies.
- Installing, configuring, and maintenance of L2/L3 Network Switches. Attending to service requests through remote / onsite.
- Performing diagnostic tests and repairs, as well as developing data archiving, backup, and retrieval procedures.
- Documentation of the Site details /Performance certificates
- Develop Customer relationships
- AMC follow ups and closure
- Keeping in touch with the current trends
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engg, information technology, or similar.
- Ruckus/Cisco Certification / experience if available would be an additional bonus
- Experience 1- 2 years in Data Network
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to travel to client locations.
