About The Opportunity

GreedyGame is a dynamic technology company operating within the Adtech and Mobile Gaming sector in India. We are committed to delivering innovative solutions that enhance user engagement and monetization for global gaming and media clients. As part of our fast-growing team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our diverse customer base.

This is an immediate requirement - contract role for 3 month may be extend looking as performance

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless onboarding and operational experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and long-term engagement.
  • Identify customer needs and coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve client issues promptly, maintaining high levels of service quality.
  • Provide product training and support to clients, ensuring they are equipped to utilize our platform effectively.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and strategic initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Must-Have: Customer Relationship Management, Client Onboarding, Issue Resolution, Account Management, Product Knowledge, Communication Skills
  • Preferred: Experience in Adtech or Mobile Gaming industry, Knowledge of data analytics tools, Bilingual proficiency in English and Hindi
