Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless onboarding and operational experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and long-term engagement.
- Identify customer needs and coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that maximize customer satisfaction.
- Address and resolve client issues promptly, maintaining high levels of service quality.
- Provide product training and support to clients, ensuring they are equipped to utilize our platform effectively.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and strategic initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have: Customer Relationship Management, Client Onboarding, Issue Resolution, Account Management, Product Knowledge, Communication Skills
- Preferred: Experience in Adtech or Mobile Gaming industry, Knowledge of data analytics tools, Bilingual proficiency in English and Hindi
