TECH MAHINDRA Mumbai - HIRING for Voice Process - EXPERIENCED

Tech Mahindra is seeking motivated individuals for the International Voice and Chat Process. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates looking to start their career in the BPO sector and engage with global customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Voice Process

- Provide excellent customer service to clients across different time zones

- Resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently

- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills

LOCATION : Mumbai

Eligibility:

- Graduate/Undergraduate degree

- Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply (no prior experience required)

Compensation:

- Freshers3 LPA

-Experienced Candidates: Up to 5.5 LPA (depending on your last CTC and performance in the interview and process)
