Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Location: Thane/Vikhroli

Experience: 0-2 Years

Working Days: 5/6 Days a Week

Weekly Off: 1 or 2 Rotational Week Off

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Executives to join our team in Thane/Vikhroli, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing accurate information, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle Inbound/Outbound customer interactions via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when required.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide product, service, and process-related information to customers.
  • Follow company policies, quality standards, and customer service guidelines.
  • Meet individual and team performance targets.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate/Undergraduates can apply (depending on company requirements).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office.
  • Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-centric attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of experience in customer service, customer support, BPO, call center, or related roles.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Working Conditions

  • Location: Thane/Vikhroli, Mumbai
  • Shift: Rotational shifts (if applicable)
