We are seeking a Customer Support Associate (Voice) to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service via phone support, assisting customers with their inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience. This role is suited for individuals with 0-2 years of experience in customer service or call center environments.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls and provide exceptional support.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
  • Provide feedback on common customer concerns and suggest improvements.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Basic technical knowledge related to the products or services offered.
