Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our team as
Customer Support Executives International Voice Process for our client, Sutherland. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls from international customers, addressing their queries, and providing effective solutions while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound international customer calls.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and concerns efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy with customers.
- Meet individual and team performance targets (Quality, AHT, CSAT, etc.).
- Document customer interactions in the system accurately.
- Follow company guidelines, processes, and compliance standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate (as per company norms).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Prior experience in International Voice Process preferred (Freshers can also apply).
