Role Description

This is a full time role for a Customer Support Associate, based on-site at our Bengaluru office. The role entails managing customer queries, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and delivering prompt and effective solutions. You will focus on understanding customer needs, assisting with their concerns, and working cross-functionally with other teams to deliver outstanding service. Additionally, you will support customer onboarding, highlight customer feedback, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the support process.

Qualifications

  • Customer Support and Customer Service skills to respond effectively to inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Customer Experience management to ensure an exceptional and seamless journey for users.
  • Sales experience to identify customer needs and promote relevant offerings when required.
  • Training and communication expertise to guide and educate customers for optimal product usage.
  • Problem-solving abilities, active listening, and empathy.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Passion for building strong customer relationships in tech or education industries is a plus.
