Role: Process Associate or Customer Support Associate
Role Overview: - Location: Marathahalli/ Silk Board (Maruthi Chambers) (On-site)
- Shift: Day Shift (6 days/week, Sundays off)
- Salary (CTC): Up to ₹26,000 per month, plus performance-based incentives
- Transportation: Cab facility is not provided
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage outbound calls with professional communication.
- Resolve customer queries regarding gold, platinum, and diamond jewellery.
- Generate leads by encouraging store visits and maintaining accurate interaction records.
- Contribute to the continued success of a leading jewellery brand.
Requirements:
- Education: Any Graduate or Postgraduate.
- Experience: 0–2 years.
- Languages: Proficiency in both English and Hindi is mandatory.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
