Job Title: US Voice Process – Travel Process

Job Description

We are hiring for an International Voice Process – Travel Process for an immediate joining opportunity. The role involves handling customer interactions for a US-based process and providing effective assistance through voice communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally.
• Assist customers with travel-related queries and requirements.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain excellent communication and customer service standards.
• Follow process guidelines and meet assigned performance targets.
• Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate
• Minimum 6 months of BPO experience in International Voice Process – Mandatory
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Shift & Work Details

• Work Location: Bangalore
• Working Days: 5 days a week
• Rotational Shifts
• 2 Rotational Week-offs
• 2-way cab facility available within 20 km
• Immediate Joiners Preferred

Compensation

• Up to ₹26,000 Take Home per month, based on eligibility and experience.
