Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Associate based in New Delhi. The Customer Support Associate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive customer experience. Daily tasks include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance via various communication channels. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, collaborating with different teams to improve customer satisfaction, and contributing to process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Experience, and Customer Service
  • Experience in Sales and the ability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Capabilities in Training and guiding team members to enhance service delivery
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and other customer support systems is a plus
  • Prior experience in customer support roles and a pleasant, solution-oriented personality
