Key Responsibilities
- Contact lenders, brokers, clients, and third parties via email and phone to obtain required documents or missing information.
- Maintain professional communication and ensure timely responses.
- Handle emails and calls simultaneously, switching between tasks without losing accuracy.
- Keep track of multiple cases or requests at once.
- Answer incoming calls from clients who want to make payments.
- Process payments accurately in the system and follow security protocols.
- Log into various lender portals.
- Download required documents and upload completed or updated files.
- Ensure documents are stored correctly and properly labeled.
- Complete all assigned tasks within the agreed timelines.
- Escalate delays when needed and keep supervisors informed.
- Monitor inbox throughout the day.
- Respond promptly to internal and external emails.
- Categorize, flag, or organize emails for follow-up.
