Role: Trainer Hour Management

Mode: WFO

Working Days: 6

Shifts: Night Shifts

Salary:3.65 LPA

Immediate Joiners Required

What You'll Do

  • Be the single point of contact and the friendly face of Bhanzu's support
  • Handle customer queries on calls, emails & chats
  • Build rapport through proactive outbound communication
  • Understand customer needs & coordinate with teams to quickly resolve issues
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and strong relationship retention
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of our offerings
  • Upsell / cross-sell relevant products & services

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in Management / Marketing / Communication
  • Experience in customer service, relationship management, or similar
  • Comfortable with upselling / cross-selling
  • Strong with MS Office, CRM tools & ticketing systems
  • Excellent communication & people skills
  • Patient, proactive, and great at solving problems
