Key Responsibilities- Monitor live operational activities and incident management systems in real time.
- Identify, analyze, and escalate operational risks, suspicious activities, and process deviations.
- Maintain accurate incident logs, reports, and operational documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution and operational support.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports using MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, compliance policies, and quality standards.
- Analyze recurring incidents and support process improvement initiatives.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in Operations Monitoring, Incident Management, BPO Operations, Risk Monitoring, or related fields.
- Freshers with strong communication and analytical skills are encouraged to apply.
