Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Associate to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, software, and hardware to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity.
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions to resolve technical problems.
  • Document and track issues using the company's ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, updates, and industry trends.
  • Provide feedback to improve customer support processes and product functionality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in technical support or customer service is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and common software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
