The Customer Support Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information and solutions to customers regarding products and services.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving issues with their accounts or orders.
• Document customer interactions and feedback in the company's CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
