About the Role

Intelog Freight is looking for a Customer Support Associate to join our Airfreight operations and customer service team. This position is ideal for a graduate/fresher or candidate with 0–2 years of experience who has strong communication skills, attention to detail and an interest in international logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer communications through email and telephone.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely updates on shipments.
• Coordinate with internal Operations, Sales and documentation teams.
• Follow up on shipment status, documentation and delivery-related requirements.
• Prepare professional customer emails and routine operational communications.
• Maintain accurate customer and shipment records.
• Ensure timely follow-up on pending customer requirements.
• Escalate operational issues to the appropriate team/manager.
• Maintain professional and courteous relationships with customers.
• Support the team in day-to-day customer service and logistics coordination.

• Good command of English and professional email writing.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and email applications.

Qualification

Graduation in any discipline is mandatory.

Candidates with B.Com, BBA, BBM, BA, B.Sc. or related qualifications are encouraged to apply.
