About The Role

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Support Associates (Entry Level) in our Bangalore office. This role is primarily focused on managing international voice processes, involving inbound and outbound customer interactions. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by addressing queries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

  • Graduates, including freshers with no prior technical background, are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates with prior experience in International Voice BPO operations are also welcome.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English are essential.
  • A customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Knowledge or experience in BPO insurance processes is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work in a team, handle pressure, and adapt to dynamic work environments.

Responsibilities

The key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Handling customer calls professionally and efficiently for international clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Understanding customer requirements and providing suitable solutions or options to meet their needs.
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service by delivering prompt and accurate responses.
  • Adhering to company process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Documenting all customer interactions accurately in the system for future reference and analysis.
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments while ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained.
  • Participating in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and process improvements.
