Job Description:

Campus Marg Innovative Tech Services (CMITS) is hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Associates to join our team. We are looking for smart, proactive individuals who can deliver excellent support across voice, email, and chat channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chat
Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Document interactions and follow standard operating procedures
Meet performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and TAT

Eligibility Criteria:

Intermediate or Higher
Excellent communication skills
Language requirements (any one combination based on process):
English & Telugu
English & Hindi
English, Hindi & Telugu
Smart, adaptable, and customer-oriented mindset
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
Immediate joiners preferred

Salary:

Freshers: ₹12,700 to ₹17,000 (based on interview performance)
Experienced candidates: Up to ₹3.5 LPA
