Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through voice, email, chat, or non-voice processes.

Provide timely and accurate customer support.

Assist customers with product/service information and issue resolution.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Support sales-related activities and maintain customer records.

Deliver a high-quality customer experience while meeting process KPIs.

Skills Required

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹45,000 in hand (Up to ₹6 LPA)
