This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support and Inside Sales Representative based in Darbhanga. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. You will also assist with inside sales activities, including explaining services to potential customers, nurturing leads, and converting inquiries into bookings. Collaboration with team members and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions are essential aspects of the role.

• Strong customer support, technical support, and a focus on customer satisfaction
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain customer relationships
• Proficient analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Organizational skills to manage multiple customer requests and sales queries efficiently
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
• Familiarity with CRM tools or customer management software is a plus
• Previous experience in customer service or inside sales is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field is preferred but not required
