Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Analyst with 1-6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and support, as well as a strong technical background.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers
  • Escalate issues to the appropriate team members when necessary
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
  • Stay up-to-date on product features and technical specifications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
  • Provide feedback to the product team to improve customer experience

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-6 years of experience in customer support or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Fluency in English and at least one regional language
