About the Role
We are hiring a Customer Support & Client Onboarding Executive who will be responsible for handling incoming leads, explaining our services, and converting them into customers. This role is ideal for candidates who are confident in communication and want to build a career in client handling, sales, and business services.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads via calls, WhatsApp, and other channels
- Explain services like GST registration, MSME, company registration (Pvt Ltd, LLP, OPC)
- Convert leads into paying customers (client onboarding)
- Guide clients on process, pricing, and required documents
- Coordinate with internal team for smooth processing after onboarding
- Maintain lead and client data properly
- Follow up with interested clients to close deals
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English (mandatory)
- Any additional language is a plus
- Comfortable in speaking with clients and handling queries
- Basic understanding of GST / MSME / company registration is a plus
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Prior experience in customer support / sales / client onboarding
- Experience with company registration, GST, MSME services
Training Details
- Candidates without prior experience in this domain will undergo 12 weeks training
- Training stipend: 2,000 to 3,000 per week depending on experience
- Training will cover GST, MSME, company registration, and client handling
Salary & Incentives
- Fixed Salary: 12,000 to 15,000 per month
- Incentives: Performance-based (per client acquisition)
- Total earning potential: 18,000 25,000+ per month
