Role Overview

We are seeking customer-focused and articulate individuals for a Voice Process role. This position involves handling customer interactions, resolving queries, and delivering a seamless service experience. Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate freshers are welcome
  • HSC candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of experience
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English
  • Customer-centric mindset with good problem-solving abilities


Compensation & Benefits

  • Freshers: ₹24,000 (In-hand)
  • Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹35,000 (In-hand) + Incentives
  • Rotational shifts and weekly offs


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Understand customer concerns, provide accurate information, and resolve queries efficiently
  • Maintain high standards of quality, productivity, and compliance during interactions
  • Accurately update customer details and interaction records in the system
  • Ensure a positive customer experience by delivering timely and effective solutions
