Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate freshers are welcome
- HSC candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of experience
- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Customer-centric mindset with good problem-solving abilities
Compensation & Benefits
- Freshers: ₹24,000 (In-hand)
- Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹35,000 (In-hand) + Incentives
- Rotational shifts and weekly offs
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Understand customer concerns, provide accurate information, and resolve queries efficiently
- Maintain high standards of quality, productivity, and compliance during interactions
- Accurately update customer details and interaction records in the system
- Ensure a positive customer experience by delivering timely and effective solutions
