What You Will Do

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will own the learner journey end-to-end from enrollment to lifelong success. You will ensure high engagement, satisfaction, and successful outcomes for every learner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage learner success from onboarding through long-term engagement
  • Track progress, ensure program adoption & address learning gaps
  • Build strong relationships with learners, parents & institutional stakeholders
  • Conduct support/ review calls and drive retention & renewals
  • Monitor performance metrics and share insights for improvement
  • Collaborate across teams for smooth execution of programs

What You Bring

  • Minimum 1 year experience in EdTech (Mandatory)
  • Experience in customer success / academic operations preferred
  • Excellent communication & relationship-building skills
  • Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts
  • Passion for learner success & continuous improvement
