What You Will Do
As a
Customer Success Specialist, you will
own the learner journey end-to-end from enrollment to lifelong success. You will ensure high engagement, satisfaction, and successful outcomes for every learner.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage learner success from onboarding through long-term engagement
- Track progress, ensure program adoption & address learning gaps
- Build strong relationships with learners, parents & institutional stakeholders
- Conduct support/ review calls and drive retention & renewals
- Monitor performance metrics and share insights for improvement
- Collaborate across teams for smooth execution of programs
What You Bring
- Minimum 1 year experience in EdTech (Mandatory)
- Experience in customer success / academic operations preferred
- Excellent communication & relationship-building skills
- Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
- Passion for learner success & continuous improvement
