Role: Account Manager
Shift Timings : 6pm - 3am | Night Shifts | Work from Office
Role Summary:
- Build and nurture relationships with CXO-level stakeholders (CEO/CFO) across SME clients.
- Serve as the key point of contact for multiple client accounts across their lifecycle.
- Grow wallet share from existing customers and deliver a measurable % of revenue growth month-on-month.
- Provide excellent customer service as the main point of contact
- Address complex customer queries related to Trade Finance and Drip's product offerings.
